Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact us within 72 hours from date of delivery at firstname.lastname@example.org.
To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com.
When returning an order, we recommend shipping with tracking number and insurance. Store credit is offered for all orders that have been processed and shipped. To receive a store credit the order must be returned in the same condition as it was shipped. The item must be return in the original state, unopened, unaltered, unused and undamaged with all original tags, labeling and packaging.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. During sales & promotions all sales are final.
