Ingredients ~ Basil Leaf, Calendula Flowers, Chamomile Flowers, Rose Buds & Flowers, Nettles, Motherwort, Raspberry Leaf, Lavender Buds, Rosemary, Hibiscus, Lemon Balm.
How to use ~ Bring two quarts of water and 1oz of womb wellness steam to a boil in a saucepan. Then let shimmer for 10-15 mins, keep covered.Turn off heat and allow the herb to steep for 5mins with lid on, then carefully pour the contents into a heat safe container, yoni seat or throne. If using a heat safe container, place container under the yoni steaming chair. If using a yoni seat or throne pouring steam directly into the seat or throne. Undress then sit or squat above the steam. Wrap yourself in a towel or blanket to keep steam inside. Don’t begin steaming if it’s too hot. Do a temperature check first.Steam for 15 - 30 mins. When completed discard the herbs and relax. You can repeat this steam 3-4 times a months, best to use 2 weeks prior to cycle and after your cycle.
