Please allow 2-5 business days to process your order and 2-4 business days to receive your package within the USA. Orders processing times are counted in business days ( Monday-Friday, excluding national holidays).
Please allow 2-5 business days to process your order and 6-10 business days to receive your package. We are not responsible for any custom fee or taxes associated with your shipment upon delivery.
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority mail or First Class Mail with tracking. Once your order is shipped please keep track of your delivery. Please be advised USPS may drop your package off at your address without any notice or signature. You can request your local post office to hold your package for pickup once you receive your tracking number. We are not responsible for any non-delivered, lost or stolen packages.
Please note USPS Priority mail has insurance and First Class mail has no insurance.
Return & Exchange Policy
When you receive your order and need to make an exchange please contact us within 72 hours from date of delivery at email@example.com.
When returning an order, we recommend shipping with tracking number and insurance. Store credit is offered for all orders that have been processed and shipped. To receive a store credit the order must be returned in the same condition as it was shipped. The item must be return in the original state, unopened, unaltered, unused and undamaged with all original tags, labeling and packaging.
